Free shipping on all US orders
We offer free standard shipping on every order to all 50 US states. No minimum order required. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 1-2 business days of purchase (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery time
After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their orders within 5 business days.
Pre-orders
If you placed a pre-order, your order will be processed and shipped once our inventory is available. We will email you with an update before your order ships. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by emailing [email protected].
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Delays outside our control
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package is in transit, but we will do our best to help you resolve any issues. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to find a solution.
Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
