We stand behind VitaminYOU. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered and we will issue a full refund.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief note. You do not need to return the bottle. Once we verify your order, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Pre-order cancellations
If you placed a pre-order and your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel at any time for a full refund. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will cancel and refund your order promptly.
What is not covered
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Orders that have already been refunded
- Dissatisfaction due to failure to follow the recommended usage instructions
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right at no additional cost.
